Placing Orders

Bullion X accepts bullion orders via website only.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as highlighted here.

An order is confirmed upon receipt of an order confirmation. 

We reserve the right to require a $250 or 5% deposit (whichever is greater) for any order within 24 hours.

Full payment is due within 2 business days. Orders will be processed for shipment upon confirmation of successful payment.

Failure to pay the balance in the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your order.

Making Payment

The balance of the purchase price must be received by Bullion X within 2 business days of order placement. Currently we only accept bank transfers. 

To assist payment identification, you must use your order number as the payment reference.

Financial Transactions

Transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Bullion X reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. Any fraudulent transactions will be subject to legal action.

Customer Identification Requirements

Bullion X complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Act 2006 through AUSTRAC. Customers may be required provide their:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Birth Date
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Accepted ID ( License, Passport, etc)

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to identity verification processes as required by law.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Bullion X guarantees the authenticity of all bullion sold via this website. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges given, except if products received were different to what was ordered.

Any issues with orders are to be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We will contact you to rectify any issues.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of payment clearance, unless delays arise from the supplier. Customers will be notified in this case, and all necessary will steps will be taken to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner.

Delivery tracking information will be provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at checkout and there is a safe and secure drop off point at the appointed address. Bullion X will not be liable for non-deliveries in these instances.

Customers have the option for a signature on delivery which can be selected at checkout.

Bullion X will not be held liable for any expenses, damages, or losses that might arise during shipping. Delivery insurance can be arranged at the customer's expense.

Supply Interruptions

Bullion X will try to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Bullion X does not accept any liability for loss or damage as a result of any such delays.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Prices exclude GST unless otherwise specified. Any applicable GST will be added to invoices and payable by the customer.

Pricing

Due to the dynamic pricing nature of the precious metals, prices are updated regularly without prior notice. All prices at point of order confirmation are final.

Note: Price updates made to products in cart or checkout will require customer approval before finalising the order.

Despite our best efforts, it may be possible that a small number of the products in our range may be incorrectly priced on the website. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, Bullion X may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
